He already spoke about this years ago at the swing festival in Ljubljana, and now all swing music and dance fans will be able to listen to him again. Peter Winqvist Loggins is a legend of swing music and dancing and if anyone knows the most about it, to say the least, it’s him.
On Sunday evening before the dance evening, he will share his knowledge of the history of jazz music and dance with us, everything that marked the 20s, 30s, and 40s of the last century. The lecture will be organized as a round table and will be held in English in Zorica on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at 8 p.m.

DJ TOBY will play some music between band breaks and on other days.
When dancing, music is everything.
So we’ve picked crème de la crème for you. Maybe you don’t know them yet, but we are sure you’ll want to hear them again.
For the main two parties on Friday and Saturday in Hotel Union we will have Icy Isabella Jazz Band. Slovenian-based they are professional jazz world-renowned musicians and have played for us recently on one of our dance evenings in Ljubljana. And boy were we the happiest happy feet ever.
And then on Sunday evening, the Pickpocket swingers that were already with us last year will make us dance our hearts out for the final big evening of 2023 HaniBal. Yes, there will be one last dance evening on Monday, but not with live music.

Mix’n’match (Jack’n’Jill) prelims will happen on Friday and Finals will happen on Saturday’s Gala. Fast Feet on Sunday evening.
Anybody can register for one or both competitions. The price is 15€ per competition per person.
But there will also be awesome prizes. In addition to the festival prizes this year the winning couple will also receive a monetary prize. For the second and third place, the prizes will be festival passes (full or party passes).
