How to Register in Pair
We would like to have the festival balanced, that’s why we suggest registering in a couple (the same level). A single application is possible but might be put on a waiting list until there is a match for you. If you later find a partner, please share the information so that they can add your name as a partner in the form. By registering, you agree to inform yourself about the current Covid policies and regulations and adhere to them.
Click the Registration button and fill out the form for the needs of the festival. Add your partner’s name and surname. Partner needs to register and provide your name as well. If you don’t have a partner, you will be put on a waiting list until finding someone. Pick your pass and check the box that you agree with our policies, terms, and conditions. Click ‘Submit’.
Submit button concludes the registration process and provides you with selected dance partners, a notification will be sent to you. You will receive an additional notification concerning the payment. These notifications will be sent to provided e-mail.
How to Register in Group
Before you register, the group admin needs to send us a list of dancers (preferably in pairs) and levels. After our confirmation, you can fill out the form. Your group requires a balanced number. We have a discount for you as a group as a 9+1 free pass. Click the ‘Registration Button’ and fill out the form. Pick your group name and the admin of the group. Register with a group name. Pick your pass and check the box that you agree with our policies, terms, and conditions. Click ‘Submit’.
If you are the admin of the group, a notification will be sent to you confirming your registration. You will receive an additional notification concerning the payment of the group’s admittance fee. These notifications will be sent via the e-mail address you provided.
Solo dancers (leaders/followers) will be put on a waiting list. You will receive confirmation of your registration. Payment details will be sent to you after you find a dance partner or when we match you up with someone. If you find a dance partner before we make a match please do let us know.
When you register for the festival, you will receive an email with information about payment. You pay for your pass in 7 days.
You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements.
You have 3 options for payment – Bank transfer, Cash payment (only for Slovenian dancers), and Stripe (might be additional costs). Information and details will be received in the registration email.
When we receive your payment, we will send you confirmation of admittance and your invoice via the e-mail address you provided. In order to fully secure your place at the festival, both partners have to pay within the timeframe mentioned above. If we don’t receive your payment in 7 days, your registration may be canceled.
We can refund you if you cancel (by sending us an email):
– 50% until 30.6.2023
– 20% until 31.7.2023
– After August 1st, 2023, we don’t refund any money but you can transfer it to another dancer (Leader or Follower).
– If you have health issues, provide us a document from a doctor and we can refund the full amount.
If you have purchased a ticket but can’t attend the event, you have the option of transferring your ticket to another person. Email email@example.com with your reason for transferring and the other person’s contact information. We will get back to you.
Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the event starts. Leader tickets may only be transferred to another leader (depending on the current ratio of registrations). An administration fee of 15 € is charged for a ticket transfer. You can pay for this fee at the registration spot. Complimentary free passes are not transferable. You can not transfer your ticket to the next year.
If you have purchased a party pass and you would like to upgrade it to a workshop pass, you can do that if there are free spots.
You can’t change your workshop pass for a party pass because of limited spots.
The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to low registrations or force majeure (e.g. fire, storms, other natural disasters, epidemic). In such an event, ticket holders will be refunded their ticket price. Other claims against the event organizer are not possible.
We might change or cancel the teacher for whatever reason and the event organizer reserves the right to find a replacement teacher.

All ticket prices are in EUR and per person (incl. vat). If you are a group of dancers, contact us at email@example.com.
With your registration, you give the event organizer permission to take photos, videos, and audio at the event and a license to use such material for event marketing.
You are welcome to take your own photos, audio, and video throughout the event, but not during the classes/workshops. Please feel free to share them with us and other attendees via email, Instagram, and Facebook.
Full-length audio and video recordings of lessons, workshops, or competitions are not allowed unless granted explicit permission by the event organizer.
The organizer does not take any responsibility for participants’ valuables, assets, or physical injuries.
There is a risk of physical injuries during dance activities. It is the participants’ responsibility and decision to do any dance activity during the event. Do your best to be careful – for yourself and for others as well!
Audition: Participants have to accept the decisions of the teachers and organizers during the event and especially during the audition.
If a participant fails to comply with any of the aforementioned terms, the organizer is entitled to withdraw the participant’s pass and ask him/her to leave the event without a refund of any fees. We reserve to right to change the time or location of the evening dances and will communicate any changes on our website and/or social accounts of Festival Hanibal. Organization can decide not to have the audition.
We can ask you to leave the festival without any refunds given if you don’t behave appropriately.
Prior to attendance, inform yourself about the current Covid policies and regulations and adhere to them while attending.
Participants have to wear wristbands at all times. It is mandatory to show the wristband at the entry of classes and parties.
Underaged participants (<18 years) have to have a legal guardian after midnight to be allowed to stay at the event. Please give us your legal guardian’s name when you check in.
